Q: When does registration open?
A: Registrations for the 2026 season open 1st January 2026. All registrations must be completed online. You can access the forms here.
Registration deadline: 5pm, Friday 13th February 2026. Late registrations may be accepted if required to fill teams.
Q: What are the fees?
A: Fees for 2026 are:

Net Set Go (6-8yrs, DOB 2018-2020): $210

Juniors (9-17yrs, DOB 2009-2017): $235
-
Seniors (18yrs+, DOB 2008 or earlier): $260
Fees cover: insurance, NNSW and PDNA registration, umpiring, court hire, equipment, storage, presentation costs, fundraising levy, and other club costs.
Q: Can I pay in instalments?
A: Payments can be made via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. PayPal offers a “Pay in 4” option. Full payment is required for other methods. PlayHQ charges a 1.49% service fee.

Q: Where and when is registration info day?

This is an opportunity for new players and returning players needing to hand in paperwork or order new uniforms.
Q: How do I get a uniform?
A: Players can choose a dress or shorts/skort with t-shirt or singlet. Uniforms are available to try on only at registration day.

Second-hand uniforms can be sold back to the club or purchased at reduced rates. Contact jsnc.uniforms@gmail.com for details.
Q: When does the season start?
A: The 2026 PDNA season begins with March Past on Saturday 2nd May 2026, 8:15am. All members are encouraged to join.
Q: When and where are games?
A: Game times are set by PDNA and may vary. 2025 game times for reference:

9:00am – 7, 8, & 9's

Q: What about grading?
A: Players aged 9+ may attend grading at Jamison Park:

Saturday 28th February 2026 (main session)

Pre-grading training:

Sundays 15th & 22nd February, 9–11am at Jamison Park

Open to all registered players, age groups 9–17yrs

Q: Can senior teams register as a closed team?
A: Yes. Returning senior teams must complete a Full Team Registration Form, nominate at least one returning learner or badged umpire, and have 7 players minimum. All individual registrations must be completed before 13/2/26.
Q: Are coaches needed?
A: Yes! JSNC welcomes coaches and assistant coaches of all experience levels. Interested volunteers can complete the Coaches Expression of Interest Form.
Q: Are umpires required?
A: All teams aged 15+ must nominate at least one umpire per team.

U15 & U17: learner or badged umpire

Seniors: returning learner, PDNA District or National Badged umpire
Players aged 12+ or parents wishing to learn can complete the Umpires Expression of Interest Form.
Q: What about canteen and control duties?
A: All teams must provide volunteers for their allocated canteen and control shifts. Failure to provide volunteers incurs a $100 fine. Coaches, managers, and umpires are not responsible for these duties.
